Currently, we do not offer bulk or wholesale orders.

No, currently we ship within India only.

Yes! All orders across India qualify for free shipping.
Which courier partners do you use?
We ship via DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, Amazon, Ecom Express, FedEx, XpressBees, Shadowfax, Aramex, and others.
Can I track my order?

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, Razorpay, and all other major payment methods.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available all over India.
Is online payment safe?
Yes! Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, and we do not store your full card or UPI details.
Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
You have 5 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Do I need to provide an unboxing video?
Yes, an unboxing video is mandatory for returns, exchanges, or damaged item claims.
How long will it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (or bank account for COD) within 8–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
